We don’t need to tell you that a lot has changed in the past few months, but one thing has stayed firm – our passion for hospitality. Our team may look a little different but behind those masks the smiles are still beaming.
Here are a few of the new measures in place to ensure you can ‘rest assured’ when you are with us:
Mobile Check-in - no need to get close to front desk
By using the app the time spent checking-in is reduced. You will need to enable push notifications to get your “Room is Ready” notification. (Bonvoy Members only)
Social distancing markers in all public areas
You’ll see signs and shields throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to follow social distancing recommendations.
Perspex screens on front desk
Allows us to be social, but also distanced according to government guidelines.
Masks for our teams - and you as well
Everyone working at the hotel will be wearing the appropriate PPE clothing. To comply with Government regulations we ask all guests to sport a mask in public areas, you’ll find one in your room incase you’ve forgotten to pack one.
Temperature checks for everyone entering the building
All of our guests, colleagues, suppliers and contractors have their temperature taken before entering. If you would like to check yours please ask a member of staff.
Enhanced cleaning programme
Our Housekeeper Ankica has put together a 98 point cleaning procedure for guest rooms and public spaces. Bedrooms and suites are steam cleaned after guests depart, they are then left unoccupied for 72 hours before being reoccupied.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every departure. Throughout your stay, as part of YOUR Choice (Marriott’s Housekeeping Cleaning Frequency Program), your room will be cleaned every day. If you would like to limit the contact between you and our housekeeping team and prefer not to have this daily service, just let us know. A complimentary pack containing masks, sanitiser spray and wipes will be left for you in room.

There are hand sanitising stations throughout the public spaces of the hotel, please use regularly.
Socially distanced tables
Wherever guests can enjoy something to eat and drink, we’ve reconfigured the tables and chairs in accordance with government guidelines.
Menus & Hotel information
To avoid handling papers you will find QR codes displayed around the hotel to explore menus and hotel information.
For your comfort and safety we are limiting the number of guests using the gym at any one time to four people. All we ask is that you book your slot in advance with Reception.
We’ve become a cash free zone, but of course we accept most major credit and debit cards as well as Apple and Google Pay.

- Guidance on capacities and room layouts to ensure effective distancing.
- Temperature screening available for all delegates.
- All communal areas, high touch points and washrooms cleaned every 30 minutes.
- Electrostatic spraying of meeting rooms and breakout areas over night.
- Masks, gloves and sanitiser as standard.
